The Connects2 iConnect-FM is really easy to install and use. Just plug the cable into the aerial socket on the back of your car entertainment system and connect two wires to power your iPod and off you go.
The iConnect-FM Modulator connects in-line with your existing aerial connection at the rear of your radio and automatically switches the aerial source between the car aerial and the FM Modulator. When the iConnect FM Modulator is in function the radio reception is bypassed to give your iPod optimum quality playback that is far superior to using an FM Transmitter.
The iConnect-FM modulator can work on 3 predetermined preset FM frequencies. Strong radio stations can cause interference (distortion, clicks or high pitch tones), so we advise you to set the switch to a channel where there are no radio stations or strong local stations broadcasting nearby.
The iConnect_FM is automatically activated when your iPod is connected. (This feature requires an iPod with bottom Dock Connector).
Once the FM Modulator is installed, select (and store) the preset frequency on the radio for easy access to your iPod. To listen to your radio again, just disconnect the iPod and select a station on the radio.
