Dip Switch Settings (IMPORTANT INFORMATION)
The Dip Switch settings on the Dice Module are used to set the operation of the interface by the installer of the device. Incorrect Dip Switch settings may cause the Dice Interface not to work correctly or not operate at all.
Disconnect the vehicle harness from the module and cycle ignition off for 50 seconds after changing the swithches.

| Problem | Solution |
| Connot select the Interface | Check Dip Switch Settings. With the ignition OFF disconnect the vehicle harness from the module for a few seconds then re connect. Verify that the correct button is used to access the interface (CDC OR DSP) |
| Radio/Nav only displays Disc & Track Number, But there is no iPod control | Select Disc 5 and make sure its set to track 1, here you are making sure iPod mode is selected and not Aux Mode |
| Radio/ Steering wheel controls do not operate my iPod, But audio is still present | Select Disc/Mode 5 and make sure its set to track 1. Switch back to Disc/Mode 1 and try and change tracks. Disc 5 (Mode 5) and Track 2 (channel 2) is for AUX mode and is not correct for the iPod |
| Radio/ Steering wheel controls do not operate my iPod | Reset iPod and make sure recent iPod Firmware is installed |
| No Text Display | The i-VW-R is not text compatible |
| No Audio from iPod Source | Reset the iPod, verify proper connections to interface |
| iPod Does Not Charge | Check All connections, Check if the iPod chaged from the wall or computer connections. You may need to reset the iPod |
| Music is distorted or sound level is low | Check and make sure all all EQ & Bass boost options are turned Off on your iPod |
