30 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE POLICY

Yes! You can return any product/purchase you are not happy with for whatever reason, just simply adhere to the 30 Day Money Back policy terms and conditions listed below. We have to stick to the below criteria. (If you take care of the product and packaging, you will get a refund, No Questions!).

This policy extends beyond and does not effect the legal (Distance Selling Regulations) requirement of 7 days for unwanted goods. You have an extra 23 Days to decide if the product is right for you!
The Following terms and conditions take effect after the standard distance selling regulations have expired (7 Days).

Items returned back to us MUST be received before the 30 Days (from original order date). If you open a ticket on the 30th day it will not be accepted. In Car Network will only refund if the items arrive with them before the 30 Days are over.

The below terms are a brief over-view of how we process our returns. 99% of returns will be completed under these terms, however there may be additional terms which may over-ride these.

First 7 days after receiving the product:
The distance selling regulations cover you to return any item that you have purchased online and changed your mind within 7 days of the purchase date. The item must be in exactly the same condition as it was sent out from our warehouse and still sealed (unopened) and unused. You MUST request a returns number before sending the item back and the item must be received back to our returns department on or before the 7th day (from when the item arrived at your delivery address). Failure to comply with the above will result in the item/s being returned back to the sender and your account charged for the cost.

After 7 days of ownership:
After the first 7 days of ownership is completed, the law states that refunds are purely based on the retailers terms. We are happy to accept returns upto 30 days after the item was purchased provided that the item is still sealed and unopened and the packaging is in perfect condition. Our delivery cost to send to you and your delivery costs back to ourselves will not be covered in the refund. If the packaging is opened then an admin fee of £10 will be taken from the refund amount. If the packaging is opened and damaged then a refund minus a £20 admin fee will be taken from the refund amount.
Failure to comply with the above will result in the item/s being returned back to the sender and your account charged for the cost.

 

The below terms can over-ride the above terms if we feel that your return applies (at our discretion).

Scratched, Marked or Damaged products:
Sorry! But we have to point blank refuse any scratched, marked or damaged products. Scratched, marked or damaged products instantly lose at least 50% of their value which would result in a large loss in sale revenue. Would you accept scratched, marked or damaged products? The product(s) will be returned to you and the cost of delivery charged to your account.

Damaged Boxes/Packaging:
Refund or Exchange of upto 30% less of original product value (Look after the packaging and this will not apply).

Lost Packaging:
Refund or Exchange less 40% of original product value. There are large costs involved with sourcing and repackaging products to the original standard (including electronic serial numbers being stamped on the product and the packaging). The cost charged to the customer is the actual cost of this process, no profit is made from these fee's. Occasionally it actually costs In Car Network more than we charge.

Lost or Damaged Accessories or Manuals:
Refund or Exchange less cost of lost/damaged Item(s)

Over 30 Days:
No refund can be made and we will return the product to you and the cost of delivery charged to your account. The item MUST arrive back to us before the 30 days are over.

Refunds:
Products Returned for a refund will be processed within 7 days of receipt. We will email you confirmation of the refund for your records.
**PLEASE NOTE** Radio Removal Tools will NOT be refunded after 7 Days of recipt unless they are sealed in the packaging and UNUSED**
No refund can or will be made above the original price paid, this includes installation costs and postage costs.


IMPORTANT:

Faulty Products can not be returned under the 30 Day Guarantee. Please see our Faulty Products Policy

You must return the goods using Recorded, Insured Delivery for protection against loss, damage and theft!

Special Order items are subject to a 30% restocking fee if returned. ALL Connects 2, Autoleads, ICD, MES, Brodit and Dashmount are included.

If you Return Products under the 30 Day Guarantee and request Replacement products, you will be charged a small fee for the return carriage of £5.95 for small items (Adapters, iPod Car Kits) and £8.95 for larger items (Radios, Changers, etc).

PLEASE NOTE In Car Network cannot be held responsible if your vehicle has any abnormalities which result in any product/equipment not being able to function properly or function at all. If your vehicle has a certain Pin configuration then please check it BEFORE ordering. Some vehicles can be early or late registrants and the numberplate might not match the pins that are "standard" for that vehicle.

In Car Network and its group of websites reserve the right to refund LESS our postage costs should an item be refunded under the 30 day mony back guarantee. Please be aware when ordering that items such as CD Changer Packs or Multiple item orders will be dispatched directly from our suppliers therefore we could be charged 2 (or more) times for delivery. It is unfair for us to take a loss on a returned item just because the customer does not want it, therefore our delivery costs will be taken from the amount payed. Proof of delivery costs can be forwarded via your returns ticket if needed

In Car Network reserve the right to refuse a refund  after 7 days of purchase should we feel that our goodwill has been taken advantage of.
