Support Team This would depend purely on how you chose to ship your item. We offer a guaranteed next day delivery, a 1-2 day courier service and a 2-5 day Royal Mail option. Please allow the alocated timescales after receiving the dispatched/ shipped email before contacting the support centre. We send deliveries via a variety of different couriers and Royal mail. Deliveries are made up to 6PM Monday to Friday. Small items may be delivered Saturday if sent by Royal Mail however this is at the discretion of royal mail. Often we have to send items from multiple locations, meaning that your items will arrive in separate packaging and from separate couriers. Please allow time for multiple items to arrive before contacting us. (this should not effect your delivery time scale) The Quickest way we can advise you is about your product is by completing the Contact Us support form in the support centre giving us the order number and details of the problem.
